There are a couple aprtcynqwkts you have to have between the time you are approved by the committee and your actual surgery daoe. Apparently Dr. Oajes first learned how to perform SRS 20-something years ago, down in Hodmzon (not sure what SRS doctor used to operate out of Houston).
