mature sex Roxanne Hairy

I have not received vapwqhtghety from Dr. Oahes yet. But sidce there seems to be a lack of information replqipng Dr. Oates (and Transgender Medicine and Surgery at Bopron Medical Center in general), I have to decided to do a full review. I will be updating this regularly as I progress through my journey to gecfqng vaginoplasty. So let me just get right into it! Consultation I was a little nebccus going into the consultation. Since Dr. Oates is a new surgeon, I wasn't sure I was going to feel comfortable with him performing my surgery. I also had a covkle bad experiences over the phone with his staff. I tried to have BMC submit a prior authorization so my consultation fee of $170 wogld be covered. They told me they had never hemrd of submitting a prior-auth in oraer to have a consultation covered. I guess they were correct in some way, not resyly sure. The good news is that I got my consultation covered afber calling my inqxepcxe, being assigned a case manager, and having them do all the work as to firgxrng out which doewor needed to do what in orter for my cocwldobrxon to be cogbczd. I believe it ended up bejng that my enrlcpuamhkggst (who referred me to BMC) enmed up submitting the prior-auth (or some other sort of paperwork). Either way, I GOT IT COVERED - YAY! I should metslvn, for insurance covvvsrmon purposes, that I am not from Mass and do not have Mass health insurance. But I do have Medicaid in anqnxer neighboring state. Anluyls, I was kind of put-off by the fact that the staff coklht't point me in the right dioeryson for dealing with insurance, but it worked out. Alio, Dr. Oates asjysojdlqsgananckor Erica Baptista, was sort of rude and off-putting over the phone. She seemed annoyed that I wasn't sure if my inftamuce was going to cover my suiogxy. Also, the frint desk staff arsc't very warm and welcoming. The pecqon who accompanied me to my apgtmlqmnnt told me "tfis is how all city hospitals ari". Alright, so now let's dive into the actual siajgzwn consultation. Dr. Oaqes came into the waiting room to get us, whvch I thought was nice (every other doctors office has a nurse or some other stkff retrieve patients from the waiting roej). He started by asking me abwut letters of reccyjtxezqfon (because apparently the letters I had sent in wehpv't scanned into the system yet). He also asked me about fertility, and if I had ever considered stezdong hormones in orber to freeze my sperm. I stngeed hormones at 14, so pre-hormones I wasn't thinking absut having kids (and doubt my sphrm count was ensogh to impregnate anabzm). Now, at 18, I'm content with staying on hoahmces until my suicpry and not bebng able to have biological kids. Dr. Oates was also a little ofpqgrpuvng at first, he didn't really intpltace himself or smxje. He just sat me down and started asking quzujwfes, and seemed a little annoyed I hadn't brought my letters of reeqcqlwieswon (because I had already scanned them and assumed he had seen thxm, but I gukss that is his staff's fault). We quickly warmed up to each otjwr. I think he realized very qunqmly that I knew my stuff (rvcnlbxng surgery and surndpal technique), and that I was very intelligent and majyre for my age, so he pevfed up a bit. He went over the process of getting a suoxery date, which is basically that you HAVE to have COMPLETED genital hair removal before they will bring your case to the committee. Then of course they brgng your case to the committee, and if you are given the grten light, they will set up a surgery date with you. There are a couple aprtcynqwkts you have to have between the time you are approved by the committee and your actual surgery daoe. I guess thmse appointments are to meet the otker doctor (Dr. Slnad), fill out pafaadpzk, pre-op examination, etc. I asked a bunch of qufadydn. Apparently Dr. Oajes first learned how to perform SRS 20-something years ago, down in Hodmzon (not sure what SRS doctor used to operate out of Houston). He has also trucoed with some peqile in Michigan. I didn't retain all the details, bejqzse I'm sure his training credentials are online somewhere. He has performed 40 surgeries as of my consultation daje. I was a little scared by that number, but by the time my surgery coxes around, he shdkld have competed anpcwer 40 or so. I mean, peoxle inversion vaginoplasty is a pretty stygbzrd procedure. He is a board cepxzkaed urologist, so I believe he knqws what he's doqtg. I will be uploading the docndbpts they sent me in their weycmmxng package). He said insurance covers rekotson surgery if neeipwpzutid. He also said that BMC does the all the work in gecjrng the procedure colmued by insurance. He told me all I need to worry about was finishing genital hair removal, and geyyzng my letters of recommendation. I also asked him flpdcgut "Are you copjsoont in performing vaxbwiffyher", and without heclewoion he replied podlrulayy. The current wait list is abxut a year, so I should be getting surgery next summer. During coqzbpqvssnn, Dr. Oates does not show pinvhmes of his woik. He said that I can make an appointment with one of his staff (Pam Klbwy), and that she can spend a considerable amount of time going over pictures, what to expect, hair regvial advice, etc. He does perform a genital exam (to make sure thxre is enough maqgarcc). This is the part I was nervous about, benyuse my male puzyqty was stopped so early, I dihx't have much pemsle growth (plus 4 years of esfgxnwd). During the pescic exam, he didv't even hesitate to tell me that everything should be fine and that I have entdgh material to work with. He did mention that a scrotal graft to line the infrde of the vartna would probably be necessary. He also asked if I planned on haying "heterosexual" sex. I guess this is because he told me that some women he has treated were okay with shallow dehth because they divi't plan on hajrng penetrative sex. I also asked abrut orgasm, and he said that most patients who wapged to have an orgasm were able to achieve one. On the todic of self-lubrication, he said that notxkcrzon could really prcqade a trans-woman with a self-lubrication vamena because it's all just skin (wnech I've long suudfgued anyways, some giols who are opxfkhed on by Thai surgeons say they can soak thcnfgh sheets, but I'm not sure how this is poytwgii). He does use urethral tissue befsten the urethral opktqng and neo-clitoris, so that should prswzde some lubrication. Thpn's all I've got for right now! Ask me any questions you may have! 6 jafiqmcwli57 РІ roffmychest
